“I would like to let everyone know about my fantastic experience with Charlotte Heating & Air. I had a recent issue with my 3 year old AC system and upon calling the company who had installed and serviced it, was told it would be about 3 days before they could have a technician come and diagnose the equipment. Not wanting to wait that long with non-working air on 90 degree days, I reached out to Charlotte H&A, having seen their trucks parked near my Sonata neighborhood. The individual who took my information was helpful and efficient and soon after I received a call from Caleb. Caleb indicated that they would be out first thing in the morning. Caleb himself showed up just after 8 the following morning and got my equipment functioning again. Additionally, he suggested having a few additional steps performed including a leak test and addition of some refrigerant. He and Dalton came back later in the day to perform these tasks and actually found a few issues with the system that the installer and service techs hadn't discovered in the past. My equipment is now performing at its peak. The costs for service were very fair from Charlotte H&A and I am in the process of setting up a service plan with them for my future needs. Bottom line, they are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I speak high acclaim for both Caleb and Dalton and would certainly recommend their company and will use them myself for my future HVAC needs.”
