Many customers believe that their furnace or air conditioning system should last 30 or 40 years, they will say, “my parents furnace is still running”!
Fact is most systems installed in the last 20 years have a life expectancy of 12-15yrs, if they are a decent brand.

Replacing equipment is an investment and educating our customers makes them better investors.
When the time comes to replace your system, you will have an incredible amount of options so be prepared to be overwhelmed. The equipment that is available now is 2-3X more efficient than the equipment currently in your home, it is quieter, and is capable of dehumidification and humidification and filtering the air to hospital quality.
We recommend purchasing brand name equipment such as LENNOX, AMERICAN STANDARD, COMFORTMAKER, RHEEM, TRANE and CARRIER. If you have never heard of the brand or the price is considerably less than a reputable brand…….buyer beware.
When possible your new system should have a variable speed blower, have a multistage gas valve and be a minimum of 14 SEER. You put a lot of time into buying a car that you may keep for 5 years your comfort system will last 15-20 years and run every day give it the same thought.
